Health Checks and Covid Waiver

Archers must sign the new Camp-WRA Covid waiver before they attend their first practice.  The waiver is online.   It will prompt you for your email address and then send you an online form for your electronic signature. The form supports the signature of two adults and acknowledgement of any minor children. Please have this form submitted at least a day before the first practice you plan to attend. We will confirm the waiver status the morning of practice.

Also, the Camp has confirmed their check in procedures. As we are hosted on their campus, we will follow their required health checks before archers (and their accompanying family members) set up on the field. We’ll ask

  1. Do you or your archer(s) have any signs/symptoms of illness or injury, including: fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, loss of taste or smell, chills, vomiting or diarrhea? *
  2. Have or your archer been tested for, potentially exposed to, or have reason to believe they have COVID-19?
  3. Do you or the archer share a home with or been in close contact with anyone who has these symptoms, has been tested for, or has reason to believe they have been exposed to COVID-19?**
  4. Did you bring a Water Bottle? Snacks? Face Mask? (Just a reminder that we will not have shared club food/snacks/water/bug spray…)
  5. Check and record temperature.
  6. Check-in personnel make visual inspection of the person for signs of infection: flushed cheeks, fatigue, breathing irregularities, or irritability. (Check no if they have no signs of infection.)

*Fever is determined by a thermometer reading 100 or higher or by subjective signs such as flushed cheeks, fatigue, extreme fussiness, chills, shivering, sweating, achiness, headache, not eating or drinking.

**Exposure is sharing a household or having close contact with anyone with COVID 19 or has symptoms of COVID 19.

Based on these questions, if there is a possibility that you may have been exposed to Covid-19, we would ask that you not participate at that time. Our goal is to keep all of our members safe.
